First Visit
Your first visit to our office is complimentary. At that time, Dr. Khouri will conduct a preliminary screening examination and will address your concerns and questions. Dr. Khouri will discuss with you potential treatment options designed for you or your child’s individual health needs. Our goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible and to ensure that you are well informed about the process going forward. In order to assist us at your first visit, please download and complete our health history form and bring it along to your first visit.
At the second visit, we will gather a comprehensive record about your mouth. We will take Panoramic and Cephalometric x-rays, photographs and molds and conduct a comprehensive examination of your mouth and teeth. The comprehensive records are standard for orthodontic treatment and will allow Dr. Khouri to finalize treatment options.
